Data protection regulations

STABER Ingenieurbüro GmbH & Co KG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously.

We collect and use data strictly in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new German Federal Data Protection Act. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data and therefore operate within the legal limits. Your personal data will only be collected to the extent necessary. General data

Optionally, you can provide additional information, e.g. which services you are interested in, who your competitors are and what your monthly budget is. We need this information to provide you with more targeted information about your request. The basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We do not pass on this data without your consent. In addition, the IP address assigned by the data subject’s internet service provider and the date and time of registration are stored. After completing your request, we will delete your data unless you have given your consent for further use or commercial or tax regulations prevent deletion.

Applications

We regularly publish job offers for vacancies in our company on our website so that you can apply directly to us. The applications you submit will of course be treated in strict confidence and will only be viewed by authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process. The application data includes the data that you voluntarily provide to us. This generally includes your surname, first name, date of birth, place of birth, address, zip code, place of residence, school and university qualifications and other professional qualifications.

We store this data for up to six months after completion of the recruitment process and then delete it. If you give us your express consent, we can store the data for longer. We will delete unsolicited applications three years after receipt.

The legal basis for storing the data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Login area

You have the option of logging in to our website. This enables you to access additional information and use further functions. The data you enter will be used exclusively for the use of the respective offer or service for which you have registered. This data includes, for example, your name and e-mail address. If you decide to provide further data, this decision is entirely up to you.

We embed videos on our website via the provider Vimeo. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC, headquartered at 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011.

This transmits information about which pages of our website you have visited to the Vimeo server.
